The 100% completion of the concrete structure is consistent with the images showing the conclusion of all pouring works. Electrical and plumbing works (45% and 36% respectively) are evident through the initial rough-ins within the walls prior to plastering. The slight adjustment in the plumbing percentage may be attributed to a reassessment of work items or the replacement of previous installations.
vs previous visit
Compared to the previous visit, the project has progressed from the final column and slab casting stage to advanced masonry work and facade scaffolding. There is also clear evidence of internal plastering works, which were not present previously.
Expected next milestones
Completion of internal plastering works, commencement of metal/wooden door frame installation, and the start of building facade works.
