Engineering Report
Detected changes
Continuation of pouring works for the roof of the final floor/annex, with the concrete pump and supply mixers present on-site.
Significant progress in wall construction using red and cement bricks across typical floors, with most external and internal openings completed.
Commencement of laying orange electrical conduits within the constructed walls and the rough-in of plumbing points.
Organization of building materials (bricks and cement) across floors, and the presence of construction waste containers on the ground floor.
Progress reading
Despite the percentages remaining steady in the report (45% for concrete work), the photos show ongoing activity in pouring the remaining sections of the annex, indicating that this percentage is expected to rise soon. Masonry work is currently ahead of the projected schedule relative to the overall completion rate.
vs previous visit
Compared to the photos from the previous visit (21-26), the project has progressed from the pure structural skeleton stage to the 'enclosure' stage with masonry. While the floors were previously completely open, the facades are now over 70% covered with red brickwork.
Expected next milestones
Completion of the annex roof slab casting, commencement of internal plastering works, and completion of electrical and plumbing rough-ins.
